I had the pleasure of working with Katelynn for around 2 years as her instructional aide and I must say, it was an absolute pleasure. Katelynn is one of the most kind and caring individuals I've had the pleasure of working with. Her dedication to her practice is inspiring, so much so that I am pursuing my own career in speech language pathology.

Throughout our time working together, Katelynn consistently demonstrated and shared her amazing skills and knowledge in speech language pathology. Her positive attitude and enthusiasm made her a joy to work with, and I always looked forward to a work day with her.

Finding a speech therapist for our 4 year old was no easy task. He hadn't been to school yet, we were looking for someone that we could trust to teach him at our house in his comfort zone while we were at work.

Katelynn was my son's speech language pathologist (SLP) through the school district for two years (when he was three and four years old). He enjoyed his sessions with her (which were twice a week). She made the experience fun for him and was very transparent and available to us parents if we had any questions or concerns. After approximately two years and with her support, he was able to graduate from the speech therapy program. Graduating from speech therapy was bittersweet in that he missed his time with Katelynn, but we are proud of how far he's come with her support.

Katelynn has been such a wonderful part of our son, Rhoen’s, speech journey. As a mother of a child with speech delays, it is so important to us that we work with someone who can give us tools and resources to use and help him grow at home as well as someone that can make it fun for him in order for Rhoen to stay engaged as well as retain all the information given to him. Katelynn does both of these extremely well! Rhoen spent 2 years with Katelynn twice a week for 90 minute sessions. He loved coming to his sessions and would always come out with stories of all the fun things they did together. Katelynn was great about giving us progress updates and if he was missing sessions she would provide some work for us to do at home so he could keep working on his speech. We love her so much that we will continue to see her in her new practice! Thank you Katelynn!

 Our two sons attended speech with Katelynn. They both thrived so much having her as their teacher. I'm so thankful I was able to find Katelynn after being told by my pediatrician that my son did not have a speech delay I still had some concerns. She was able to give my son a detailed assessment and saw the same things that I had concerns about. We then set up a treatment plan on how we would get my son to reach the speech goals he needed to get to. I really appreciate her attention to detail when others had told me he didn't need help she saw what I saw. My son who loves working with her he looks forward to her visits every week. I highly recommend Myers Speech & Language Therapy, Inc. I can attest that Mrs. Myers is an experienced professional who takes great care of her work and my kiddo. We started speech with Mrs. Myers about 4 weeks ago and our experience so far has really been wonderful. We had a long intake conversation where I was able to share all of my initial thoughts and concerns. We then had an evaluation session where I walked away with a detailed report of the opportunities for improvement. I got details such as the test being utilized, the raw score of results as well as percentiles scored that I can take to Kaiser evaluation or elementary school if needed. I also received a treatment plan with targeted goals and expected due dates for completion. We have already had speech therapy through Kaiser and at another provider,  but I have never gotten this level of detail before, so I'm very grateful. I was so pleasantly surprised at the details that were shared with me and goals we are working towards. We have had 3 sessions so far and I'm very happy with how it is going. I can see that Mrs. Myers has a plan for what's next. We get a report after every session and homework. I'm very grateful for all of her hard work and highly recommend her.

We started seeking help for my daughter for her speech when she was 3. We went through many different avenues to get her help and was unsuccessful through insurance, public school district, then we homeschooled and was done via zoom which was a joke and now were in a private school where these services are not provided. My son attended speech therapy with Katelynn for about 7 months and loved his sessions! Katelynn incorporated fun activities to meet my son’s interests/ and the holidays. She always provided some sort of parent homework at the end (worksheets, stickers, etc.) As parents, we could watch the sessions virtually through Google Meet which we found helpful. Would definitely recommend her services if you're in the Roseville area and looking for a welcoming, thoughtful, and patient speech therapist.

Katelynn is absolutely amazing! When my son started with her, was 2 years old and could only say “mama” and “dada.” We spent only 4 months with her (12 sessions). We ended his sessions since he was speaking in full sentences and using sign language. My son would be so excited to see Katelynn! It was his favorite part of his week. He would consistently ask to see her daily. I was able to watch the session virtually through Google Meet. She was absolutely amazing!
